IBAK PROCON is a novel type of pipe stopper for leak-testing of lateral sewers.
The system can be used with all IBAK MODULAR push rod cameras. With the aid of the ORION L camera, the pipe stopper can be pushed and positioned on target even in widely branched sections of pipe systems. Its compact design ensures excellent bend-passing capability.
When deflated, the concertina tube shaped sleeve is compact and protected by two closed half shells.
The pipe stopper is pushed to the desired site of operation and inflated with a pressure-vacuum hand pump. Due to its elongated form, the sleeve presses closely against a large area of the pipe wall and thus ensures reliable pipe sealing even at low internal pressure. After testing, the sleeve is deflated and reverts to its original compact form and can then be recovered or repositioned.
