Export and import of the database in ASCII format:
section, manhole and lateral data / master and inspection data

Subsets can be easily added or removed, e.g. if only certain areas of the sewer database are required for separate projects. Thus it is possible to hand
over subsets to consulting engineers or to split your own data over various areas/locations. When exporting, you can define precisely which data are to be backed up. When importing, exact mapping can be defined, i.e. which field of the source is to be assigned to which field of the target database. With the mapping function, you can also define that only certain fields are to be read in from the back-up.
