DPS
IBAK has extended its MODULAR system of sewer TV components with the IBAK DPS Leak Testing System. All existing IBAK TV systems can be modularly extended in 3 variations: from section-by-section testing through joint testing to pipe socket testing. The equipment for sewer inspection and leak testing which hitherto formed separate units in the inspection van has now been combined to comprise an integrated system. The common control unit and the common cable winch with 250 m of special cable for the transmission of compressed air, power and inspection data ensure a clear-cut equipment configuration and fast working procedures. And the corresponding analysis and documentation software is naturally also available.
Everything from one source - just typical IBAK!
• One single system for leak testing and sewer TV inspection
• Sections, joints, pipe sockets and manholes with the same system
• Fast working procedures thanks to the new hybrid cable
• Simple handling of all components
• Low sleeve pressures to avoid pipe damage
• Low equipment weight
• Shore hardnesses of 30 Shore A for better sealing behaviour of the test sleeves
• Pipe socket and branch sewer testing up to 40 m (130 feet) into the branch sewer
• Satellite stopper for negotiation of bends of up to 67.5°, with axial camera
• System components of modular design
Leak testing of house drains and house sewers
• Autonomous coiler system
• Bend negotiating capability of up to 67.5°
• 100 / 125 mm (4 / 5 inch), 125 / 150 mm (5 / 6 inch) pipes
• Testing of house drain networks
• Testing with water
• Simple set-up, easy handling
Testing of sewer sections and parts of sections
Leak testing of sewer sections and parts of sections
