IBAK Panoramo SI 4K mobil
The system PANORAMO SI 4K mobil allows flexible operation with the manhole camera PANORAMO SI 4K. The winch KW SI can be space-savingly installed in a vehicle or also operated from a mobile rack with a laptop. It combines the advantages of a mobile system with those of a compact, vehicle-installed system for efficient manhole inspection from a van.
By means of quick-acting fasteners, the winch and the mobile rack can be removed easily from the vehicle and converted into a mobile system in a few steps. All components of the mobile system are designed for outdoor use: with the large air-filled tyres, even manholes that are difficult to access can be reached; the laptop for control of the system is particularly robust and splashproof (a rugged notebook is optional). Power is supplied from high-efficiency standard rechargeable batteries (like e.g. with the MiniLite) or a lithium battery installed in the van.
Operation from the vehicle can save a lot of working time as the system does not have to be carried from manhole to manhole. The manholes are accessed one after the other and efficiently inspected.
The system uses the well-known PANORAMO technology. As in the mainline sewer systems, two high-resolution digital cameras with 185° fisheye lenses installed at the top and bottom of the camera take hemispherical images at 5 cm intervals. These are then put together to form spherical images which enable a true 3D interior view of the manhole to be created. With the image files generated in this way, the perspective from which you want to view an event or a defect can be freely selected and virtual manhole inspection and the measurement of defects are also possible in the office. The xenon flashlighting permits pin-sharp images to be generated in spite of the very high inspection speed.
Over the last few years, the PANORAMO product range has been further improved on the basis of this proven technology. The result is an image that is much more brilliant still with 4K resolution of the 360° photos. So this means that the resolution is four times as high as full HD. To achieve such brilliance and to allow this high resolution to be displayed on the monitor and stored, the transmission path has been revolutionised. As with the recently released PANORAMO 4K for mainline sewer inspection, a Gigabit Ethernet Standard is used for the transmission of the images and other data.
